Denhead Farm asparagus tart, puttanesca, ricotta cream, cured egg yolk

MAIN

Lowfields Farm hogget, artichoke, rocket

Plaice-on-the-bone, fennel, saffron butter sauce

served with sides for the table,

puntarelle & pine nut, and Jersey Royals, peas & wild garlic

DESSERT

Dark chocolate mousse, coffee cake, mint ice cream

Bay leaf panna cotta, rhubarb, custard, oat cookie
